$125 an hour, $50 non refundable retainer due at booking, $75 balance is due the week before(you will receive an invoice and it has to be paid a week before your session date, if it’s not paid your spot will open back up)

**please note this is for photographers to use for their photography own clients**

-1 hour rental(no more than 4 sessions per hour rental) **exception made if you are bringing a Santa
-You will have a 10 minute window at the end of your hour session to wrap up and have your clients out of the studio. Please note if you go over more than 10 minutes you will receive an invoice for an additional $50. This is to ensure everyone stays on schedule. We understand things happen and ask you to communicate with us. It’s important to stay on schedule so we can get the studio ready for the next photographer.
-If you book multiple hours together you can also use the 30 minute space in between for your clients. So this means if you book 2 hours you get an extra 30 minutes, if you book 3 hours you get an extra hour. You must book the hours together in order to get this special.

Studio Rental includes all three setups.

-Black Present Wall
-Elegant Christmas
-Christmas Cookie(fake cookies and a few apron options will be available)

**it’s up to the photographer how they want to book. You can use all 3 or just 1. Promo pics can be used for advertising.
